ABOUT THE JOB
The Wellwork Operations Supervisor will provide front-line leadership for well servicing activities, including planning, field coordination, safety oversight, and execution support. The position involves working with service providers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure wellwork programs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily wellwork and well servicing operations in the field.
- Coordinate crews, contractors, equipment, and work schedules.
- Monitor field execution to ensure safety, quality, and productivity expectations are met.
- Support planning and preparation for well servicing activities.
- Help resolve operational issues and changing field conditions during work execution.
- Ensure work follows company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Communicate with operations, engineering, and service teams to align priorities.
- Participate in safety meetings, incident prevention, and continuous improvement activities.
