Education and Professional Qualifications

TD prefers candidates with a bachelor’s degree together with three to five years of banking experience involving client relationship management and investment advice. Applicants who are not currently registered should be willing to obtain Registered Representative licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).

The successful candidate is also expected to work toward earning the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years of employment if the designation has not already been obtained. Candidates should meet the applicable CFP eligibility requirements outlined by TD.
