About This Customer Lifecycle Marketing Position

The specialist will help UPS understand how existing business customers interact with its products and services throughout different lifecycle stages. This includes identifying important moments that affect activation, engagement, retention, renewal and account expansion.

The position is based at 1930 Derry Road East in Mississauga and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees must be available Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., work at least 40 hours per week and remain flexible when start or finish times change.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Daily responsibilities combine lifecycle strategy, customer segmentation, campaign development, performance analysis and collaboration with commercial teams.

Customer Journey Mapping

Map and continually refine the customer journey to identify important moments affecting adoption, retention, renewal and expansion.

Lifecycle Campaigns

Develop marketing strategies and campaigns that encourage product utilization, customer engagement and long-term value realization.

Audience Segmentation

Group customers according to behaviour, product usage and firmographic information to identify relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Targeted Messaging

Create messaging frameworks and content adapted to onboarding, engagement, expansion, retention and renewal stages.

Performance Analysis

Review campaign results, customer engagement and product usage data to identify insights and improve future lifecycle initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work with Sales, Customer Success, data and Revenue Operations teams to align outreach, targeting and campaign measurement.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Applicants must have experience in business-to-business lifecycle, retention or expansion marketing. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French is also required because approximately 30% of regular client interactions take place outside Ontario.

A bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, along with one to three years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, growth marketing or demand generation. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, customer data platforms and behavioural analytics is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Employee Benefits
