About This Richmond Warehouse Position
The Warehouse Worker supports UPS Global Logistics by helping products move accurately from inbound receiving through storage, order picking, packing and final shipment. Employees may work with several customer accounts and are expected to follow established operating procedures, compliance requirements and performance standards.
The published schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although flexibility is required. The position is based in a secure air freight warehouse environment and works under the supervision of a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.

Safely operate equipment such as pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers when completing warehouse tasks.
Customer and Carrier Support
Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate shipment pickups and communicate service concerns to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
Education, Experience and Screening Requirements
