About the Funding and Cash Management Team

The Funding and Cash Management Middle Office works closely with TD Securities teams in Canada and other global markets. The group monitors cash movements across external trading accounts, assesses funding requirements and communicates those needs to the appropriate funding desks.

The team also helps ensure that cash and liquidity activities are completed within established service standards and risk controls. Daily collaboration may involve Treasury, Front Office, Product Control, offshore offices, correspondent banks and other Capital Markets Operations teams that depend on accurate and timely information.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The Group Manager will oversee daily operational delivery while developing team capability and supporting broader strategic initiatives. Team Leadership

Capital Markets Operations Experience

TD is seeking candidates with at least eight years of progressive experience in Capital Markets Operations. Relevant backgrounds may include funding, intraday liquidity management, nostro account oversight or other operational areas connected to cash and securities markets.

Applicants should also understand a range of capital markets products and their operational requirements. Examples listed by TD include fixed income, equities, derivatives, securities lending and money markets. The published base salary range for this Toronto position is $96,900 to $136,800 CAD. The actual salary offered may depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, job-related knowledge and TD’s organizational requirements.
