Microsoft is hiring a full-time Partner Solution Sales professional focused on Cloud & AI Platforms in Toronto, Ontario. This individual-contributor sales role works with Cloud Solution Provider partners to accelerate revenue, develop co-sell strategies and drive partner-led opportunities across Microsoft’s Corporate segment.
The position combines partner management, sales planning, pipeline execution and commercial strategy. It is structured as a hybrid role with three days per week in the office and less than 25% travel, and it carries a published Canadian base salary range of CAD $142,800 to $214,900 per year.

The Partner Solution Sales role is responsible for helping Microsoft and its assigned partners build and convert sales opportunities within a defined Cloud Solution Area. The position focuses on progressing opportunities through Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Methodology, developing partner sales plans and improving revenue performance across a portfolio of Cloud Solution Provider partners.
The role also requires close coordination with partner organizations and internal Microsoft teams.
