Schedule, Requirements and Benefits
This is a full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts. The schedule rotates between two weeks of day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and two weeks of night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., following the published weekly rotation. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable lifting up to 10 lbs, performing repetitive motions and working in both sitting and standing positions. The role also requires availability for a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
The published base rate is $19.00 per hour plus a $0.84 shift differential. Cardinal Health states that the position is bonus eligible, although bonus awards are not guaranteed.
