FedEx is hiring two part-time Couriers in London, Ontario, to collect and deliver customer shipments while providing reliable and professional service throughout assigned routes.
Based at the FedEx facility on Exeter Road, this position combines safe driving, package handling, route organization and direct customer interaction. The scheduled workweek includes Saturday, Sunday and one additional weekday that will be determined according to operational requirements.
Delivering Shipments Across London
Couriers support the final stage of FedEx’s transportation network by moving packages between the local facility, businesses and residential customers. Daily work may include preparing for an assigned route, checking shipments, completing scheduled deliveries and collecting outgoing packages.
Maintaining dependable service requires more than driving between stops. Employees must manage their time carefully, protect shipment accuracy and communicate professionally with customers while responding to traffic, delivery priorities and changing operational conditions.

Required Qualifications and Driving Standards
Applicants must have a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education. A valid driver’s licence and a good driving record are required, and candidates must successfully meet the minimum standard on FedEx’s mandatory pre-placement driver assessment and training.
FedEx may review a candidate’s current driver’s abstract, interview performance and results from applicable driving competency assessments. One year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred, while knowledge of FedEx Canada operations or Canadian customs regulations is considered an asset.

Schedule and Physical Requirements
This is a regular part-time position. The scheduled shift will include Saturday and Sunday, plus one additional weekday that has not yet been determined. Candidates must also be willing to work different schedules and holidays when required by business needs.
Employees must be able to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds and manoeuvre packages weighing up to 150 pounds using appropriate equipment. The selected candidates must complete mandatory training, meet required testing thresholds and maintain any recurring training or annual accreditations applicable to the role.
