Key Areas of Responsibility

Financial Transactions
Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other routine transactions accurately while following established procedures, financial regulations and TD’s conduct standards.
Customer Needs
Ask appropriate questions, understand the purpose of each visit and provide information about banking solutions that may address the customer’s circumstances.
Issue Resolution
Respond to routine questions and concerns using approved procedures while escalating unusual, complex or non-standard matters to the appropriate colleague.
Product Referrals
Recognize when a customer may benefit from speaking with another TD specialist and provide a clear referral to the appropriate team member or internal partner.
Branch Operations
Complete assigned processes on time, maintain accurate records and contribute to branch goals without compromising customer service, privacy or operational controls.
Team Support

Education and Experience Requirements
