ABOUT THE JOB
The Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer will provide technical expertise for fixed equipment and mechanical integrity programs within refinery operations. The position involves supporting inspection planning, equipment assessments, reliability improvements, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize refinery performance and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support mechanical integrity and inspection programs for refinery equipment and piping systems.
- Review equipment condition data and provide engineering recommendations for repairs and reliability improvements.
- Assist with risk assessments, integrity evaluations, and failure investigations.
- Ensure compliance with refinery standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Participate in turnaround planning and long-term asset management initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection documentation, and engineering recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to refinery safety and operational efficiency.
