The Automotive Parts Advisor, also referred to as a PartsPro, helps customers find suitable automotive parts and solutions based on their vehicle and repair needs. The position requires a foundational understanding of automotive systems together with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role also supports the overall operation of the store by completing assigned tasks, maintaining merchandising standards and following company policies related to safety, transactions and customer service.

Parts Identification

Transaction Processing

Safety and Communication

Follow required PPE and workplace safety procedures and communicate customer or employee concerns to store management when needed.
