ABOUT THE JOB
The Wellwork Operations Supervisor will provide front-line leadership for well servicing operations, including planning, coordination, safety oversight, and execution support. The position involves working with field teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure wellwork activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with operational standards. This role is suited for an experienced supervisor with strong field operations knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise wellwork and well servicing activities in the field.
- Coordinate crews, contractors, equipment, and daily operational requirements.
- Monitor work execution to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Support planning, scheduling, and preparation for well servicing jobs.
- Review field conditions and help resolve operational issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and site safety standards.
- Communicate with operations, engineering, and service teams to align work priorities.
- Participate in incident prevention, safety meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
