ABOUT THE JOB

As a Bakery Wrapper at Costco in Laval, you will help keep the bakery running smoothly by packaging finished goods, ensuring products are properly labeled, and keeping displays stocked and organized. You’ll work with bakery equipment, follow department production procedures, and support food safety and cleanliness throughout the work area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap, label, and stock bakery products following Costco standards and production procedures.
• Remove product from baking containers and prepare items for sale (including use of wrapping equipment when required).
• Assemble and use packaging materials (including pre-cut cardboard boxes) for baked goods.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency; remove items that don’t meet standards.
• Move products with carts, racks, and trays; lift and handle bakery items as needed.
• Maintain bakery sales areas and restock as required; follow safe food handling practices.
• Keep the work area clean and clear of debris; follow safety and security procedures.
• Assist other warehouse areas when necessary.
