ABOUT THE JOB
As an Electronics Sales Assistant at Costco in Laval, you’ll help members in the electronics and major appliances area by providing product information, supporting demonstrations, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented and available. You’ll also assist with stocking, general department upkeep, and other tasks that help the warehouse run smoothly. In Quebec locations, candidates may need to communicate in French (oral and written).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members on the sales floor by answering questions and providing product information.
- Demonstrate merchandise and explain key features, uses, and basic specifications.
- Stock, face, and maintain merchandise displays to keep the department organized and presentable.
- Monitor product condition and report issues; help ensure items meet Costco quality standards.
- Help members load products into carts when needed and provide courteous member service.
- Support inventory tasks such as moving product, replenishing stock, and handling supplies.
- Follow safety, security, and cleanliness procedures; keep work areas clear and tidy.
- Assist other warehouse areas when necessary.
