This position combines people leadership, commercial strategy and technical understanding. The manager will help the team develop multi-year account plans, engage senior customer executives and communicate how cloud infrastructure, data platforms and AI solutions may support productivity, scalability and business growth. Accurate forecasting and consistent progress against sales goals will also form an important part of the role.

Candidates must have experience building relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders, along with previous leadership exposure through people management, mentorship, coaching or team leadership. Because the position supports enterprise customers in Quebec and the surrounding region, fluency in both French and English is required.
Skills That May Help Candidates Succeed
This role may suit professionals who can combine sales leadership with an informed understanding of enterprise technology. The manager must be able to coach individual team members while also influencing account direction, customer relationships and broader sales priorities.
