About the Overnight Remodel Associate Position
As an Overnight Remodel Associate at Walmart Canada, you will work with the Overnight Remodel Manager to establish merchandising and operational standards across newly renovated departments.
You will complete modulars, secure high-ticket merchandise, maintain clearance areas, build and move counters, merchandise newly set departments, and load or unload fixtures as part of the remodel process.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Overnight Remodel Associate supports department resets, fixture installation, stocking, merchandising, shrink prevention, and safe execution of overnight renovation work.
Modular Setup
Print modular sheets and labels, clean counters, install ESL and DSM components where required, and link modulars to designated labels.
Fixture Installation
Build new counters using kit sheets and plans provided by the remodel team and move fixtures using appropriate equipment.
Department Stocking
Stock merchandise across General Merchandise, Fashion, Consumables, Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh departments.
Merchandising
Merchandise endcaps, action alleys, side counters, and newly renovated departments according to established standards.
Asset Protection
Secure high-ticket merchandise and support shrink prevention by scanning damaged and stolen merchandise promptly.
Truck and Fixture Handling
Load and unload fixtures onto trucks and help move equipment and materials required during the remodel.
Schedule and Physical Requirements
This role supports overnight remodel operations and may involve working in active construction areas. Candidates should also be flexible regarding evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts based on business needs.
The work may involve standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, moving fixtures, stocking merchandise, and working with equipment. Steel-toe footwear and a hard hat may be required when working in construction areas.

Pay and Employment Details
