About the Content and Influencer Partnerships Role
As Sr. Content Manager & Influencer Partnerships within Loblaw Agency, you will lead social content strategy and influencer programming across assigned portfolios. The role combines strategic planning, creative leadership, program delivery and cross-functional coordination.
You will help determine how Loblaw brands appear across social platforms while balancing brand-building priorities, performance objectives and creator authenticity. The position requires close collaboration with Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Community Management, Insights, Legal and external agency partners.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Senior Content Manager will oversee strategy, execution and stakeholder alignment across social content and influencer initiatives.
Social Content Strategy
Own social content strategy across assigned portfolios and ensure campaigns, always-on content and creator initiatives support brand and business objectives.
Influencer Program Leadership
Lead creator planning, partnership development, campaign sequencing and execution while maintaining brand alignment and creator authenticity.
End-to-End Delivery
Manage programs from planning through completion and ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, on budget and to established quality standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead planning and alignment across Brand, Creative, Media, Community Management, Insights, Legal and external partners.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for Brand Marketing partners and present strategic recommendations, creative rationale and performance insights.
Risk and Workflow Management
Identify dependencies, approval risks and production challenges while improving workflows and maintaining delivery momentum.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Applicants should have at least six to eight years of experience in social media, content strategy, influencer marketing or integrated marketing. Experience leading complex content and creator programs within an agency, retail, media or brand environment is required.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and platform-native storytelling. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams will also be important for this position.
