Leading Daily Sort Operations

The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily station sort process and helps ensure that packages move safely and efficiently through the facility. Qualifications and Leadership Experience

Applicants must have a college degree together with either two years of FedEx sort operations experience in a senior hourly role or two years of supervisory experience within a related industry. A valid driver’s licence and a good driving record are also required.

The successful candidate must complete all required training, including Dangerous Goods (DG) certification where applicable, and be capable of lifting packages weighing up to 70 pounds while manoeuvring packages up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment. Participation in the EXCEL Leadership Development Stream is considered an asset.
