Apple is hiring a CA-Senior Manager for a full-time retail leadership position at the Eaton Centre in Toronto, Ontario. This senior store management opportunity focuses on developing leaders, improving team performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the entire Apple Store.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Leader to establish business priorities, guide operational strategy and solve complex store challenges. About This Apple Retail Leadership Role
The Senior Manager will lead a team that includes other managers and will help employees achieve both performance and professional development goals. The position requires visible leadership throughout the store, including regular interaction with customers and team members on the sales floor.
The role also supports the Store Leader with strategic decisions affecting store performance, staffing, operations and customer experience. Although the Senior Manager may oversee specific functional areas, the position requires a whole-store perspective and the ability to respond when priorities or operating conditions change.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The CA-Senior Manager will be responsible for employee development, operational execution and the achievement of store performance goals. The position also requires careful handling of customer concerns, team escalations and confidential business information.
Leadership Development
Lead and develop managers and team members through coaching, mentoring, feedback and clear expectations related to performance and professional growth.
Talent Management
Support recruiting, training, development and retention activities that help Apple build a diverse and high-performing retail team.
Floor Leadership
Maintain an active presence across the store, support team members and model the customer service and leadership behaviours expected at Apple.
Operational Strategy
Plan and execute operational strategies for assigned areas and contribute to decisions affecting performance, staffing and the overall store experience.
Escalation Management
Address customer and employee concerns and work with Store Leadership, People teams or other business partners when additional support is required.
Policy and Asset Protection
Maintain company policies and protect confidential customer, employee, financial and business information together with physical company assets.
Store Performance and Customer Experience
The Senior Manager will help create an environment where employees can deliver consistent and meaningful customer interactions. This includes ensuring that teams understand store priorities, receive appropriate support and remain focused on the activities that have the greatest impact on customers and business results.

Qualifications, Schedule and Compensation
Apple requires at least three years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field. Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken English and available to work according to business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Apple lists an annual base salary range of $108,400 to $181,000 CAD. Eligible employees may also receive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products, education reimbursement, employee stock programs and possible bonuses, commissions or relocation support.
