CA-Lead – Apple, Newmarket, ON
Location: Brampton, ON | Company: Apple
Apple is hiring a CA-Lead for a full-time retail position at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket, Ontario. This store leadership opportunity focuses on supporting team performance, strengthening operational readiness and helping customers receive an exceptional Apple Retail experience.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Store Leadership team while spending most of the working day with employees and customers on the sales floor. The role combines team mentoring, sales enablement, operational coordination and direct customer support in a fast-paced retail environment.
About This Apple Retail Leadership Role
The Lead acts as a role model and mentor for Apple Retail team members. The position helps employees understand store priorities, sales objectives and customer experience expectations while ensuring they have the tools, information and support needed to perform effectively.
This is a whole-store role rather than a position limited to one department. The Lead may support sales activity, operational processes, customer service and employee communication while working closely with store leaders to identify ownership opportunities and maintain operational readiness.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The CA-Lead will support store leadership by coordinating employees, communicating priorities and responding to both customer and operational needs throughout the working day.
Team Leadership

Sales Enablement
Use knowledge of Apple products and services to support customer conversations, strengthen sales performance and build long-term customer loyalty.
Sales Floor Coordination
Organize people and workflow across the sales floor and adjust resources or priorities to support an efficient customer experience.
Store Communication
Ensure that sales strategies, performance goals and operational priorities are communicated clearly and promptly to team members and leadership.
Operational Support
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash management, overrides and other operational requirements needed to keep the store ready for customers.
Employee Support
Respond to time-sensitive questions, feedback and concerns from team members and escalate appropriate matters to Store Leadership.
Customer Experience and Store Performance
The Lead will spend significant time supporting customers and employees directly on the sales floor. This requires the ability to identify where additional guidance, staffing or product expertise may improve the customer experience and help the team meet store objectives.
The successful candidate will also help align employees around performance goals and current priorities. Apple expects Leads to motivate others through clear communication, collaboration and recognition while making timely decisions in a busy retail environment.
Skills That May Help Candidates Succeed
This opportunity may suit an experienced retail or sales professional who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems and helping teams achieve shared performance goals.
The ability to mentor employees, encourage collaboration and help individuals improve performance through guidance, recognition and clear expectations.
Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge for creating meaningful conversations and helping customers find suitable Apple solutions.
The ability to make timely decisions, allocate resources and adjust store processes based on customer traffic and operational priorities.
The ability to address concerns, manage differences productively and escalate sensitive or complex issues when additional leadership support is required.
Clear communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor information to different employees, customers and leadership audiences.
Qualifications, Schedule and Compensation
Apple requires previous retail, sales or related work experience together with experience mentoring or leading others in a personal or professional setting. Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English and available to work according to business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Apple lists an hourly base-pay range of $36.87 to $55.21 CAD. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience and location. Eligible employees may also receive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, product discounts, education reimbursement, stock programs and potential bonuses, commissions or relocation support.
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit a resume through Apple’s official careers website. Application materials should highlight retail or sales experience, team leadership, customer service, operational responsibility and examples of successfully mentoring or motivating others.
The official posting does not provide an application deadline and may be used for both existing vacancies and future opportunities. Candidates should apply while the position remains active. Joblyz does not collect applications or participate in Apple’s hiring decisions.
