Costco is hiring a Tire Centre Sales Assistant in Laval, QC. This role supports tire sales and service operations by assisting members, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment in the Tire Centre.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Centre Sales Assistant at Costco in Laval, you will help members with tire purchases and related services. You’ll provide product recommendations, prepare invoices, schedule appointments, and support daily operational tasks within the Tire Centre. In locations that offer propane services, certification may be required to safely dispense propane according to company procedures. For Quebec locations, candidates may need to communicate in French (oral and written).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with tire selection, pricing, and service recommendations.
- Create sales and service invoices and explain service details clearly to members.
- Schedule tire installation appointments and coordinate service workflow.
- Organize and stock tire inventory on sales floors and in storage areas.
- Support receiving and transferring merchandise following department procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Tire Centre work area.
- Follow safety guidelines when handling tires and equipment.
- Assist other warehouse areas when necessary.
