ABOUT THE JOB
As a Member Service Assistant at Costco, you’ll help create a positive member experience at the entrance and exit while supporting warehouse safety and security procedures. You’ll greet members, verify memberships, assist with carts and entry flow, and conduct receipt checks at the exit. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a member-first mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and verify membership at the entrance while helping manage entry flow.
- Perform receipt checks at the exit and thank members for their visit.
- Assist with warehouse safety and security checks throughout the building and perimeter.
- Identify and report safety concerns or suspicious activity to management when required.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in entrance/exit areas.
- Support members with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Follow safety, security, and confidentiality procedures.
- Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
