ABOUT THE JOB
As a Member Service Assistant, you will interact directly with Costco members while supporting entry, exit, and general warehouse operations. You will assist with receipt verification, monitor activity within assigned areas, and help ensure a safe, orderly, and positive shopping experience for all members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify member receipts and ensure accuracy at warehouse exits.
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance to Costco members.
- Monitor designated areas to support safety and security procedures.
- Assist with counting members entering and exiting the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in front-end and service areas.
- Report incidents, concerns, or irregularities to supervisors as required.
