ABOUT THE JOB
As a Member Service Assistant at Costco, you will interact directly with members by greeting them, checking memberships and receipts, and helping maintain an orderly and secure warehouse environment. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members entering and exiting the warehouse in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check and validate membership cards at the entrance.
- Review receipts and merchandise at exit points to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor warehouse entrances, exits, and surrounding areas for safety and security.
- Direct members to services or departments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance and exit areas.
- Report safety or security concerns to management when required.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
