Stocker – Costco Wholesale, Montréal, QC

Costco Wholesale is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team at the Montréal location, 1015 Marché Central. This full-time role is essential to ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, aisles are clear, and members receive outstanding service.

As part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for merchandising, maintaining product displays, and ensuring safe shopping conditions.

About the Job

The Stocker plays a crucial role in the daily operation of the warehouse. You’ll work hands-on to stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist members while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

This position offers the opportunity to develop warehouse and merchandising skills while contributing to Costco’s high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities for the Stocker

Your responsibilities will focus on stocking products, maintaining safety standards, and providing great member service.

• Stocks and straightens merchandise according to plans and standards.
• Removes debris and clears aisles to ensure safe shopping conditions.
• Operates basic warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Assembles product displays and modifies them for safe handling by members.
• Prepares signage and verifies product labeling for accuracy.
• Wraps or ties and tags pallets for storage or display.
• Assists members by directing them to products or helping load large items into carts.
• Coordinates with supervisors to execute stocking priorities.

Minimum Qualifications for the Stocker

To be successful, candidates must meet the following:

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary.
• Knowledge/Skills: None required.

Note: For Québec, candidates must communicate fluently in French (oral and written).
