ABOUT THE JOB
This position supports the underwriting team by handling administrative and operational tasks related to insurance submissions and policy processing. The Underwriting Technician works closely with underwriters, brokers, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient workflow management across the underwriting process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist underwriters with daily administrative tasks and submission management.
- Maintain underwriting files and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with brokers to obtain missing or additional information.
- Support policy issuance and collaborate with operations teams.
- Help monitor timelines and ensure smooth processing of underwriting transactions.
