ABOUT THE JOB
The Tire Centre Sales Assistant position focuses on helping members with tire-related inquiries, sales, and service appointments. You will provide product information, process service orders, coordinate installations, and support daily tire centre operations while following safety and company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with tire purchases, service options, and product recommendations.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about tire products and services.
- Schedule, check in, and manage tire service appointments.
- Prepare and process purchase and service invoices.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries professionally.
- Maintain organized records, paperwork, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with tire technicians and supervisors to ensure timely service.
- Keep the tire centre sales and waiting areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, health, and workplace procedures.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service at all times.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
