About the Delivery Advisor Position
The Tesla Advisor, Delivery, helps move customer orders from purchase confirmation through final delivery. The work includes preparing loan documentation, reviewing outstanding delivery requirements, coordinating appointments, and helping resolve issues that could affect the timing or quality of the customer handover.
The role also contributes to store productivity by improving scheduling, compiling operational reports, supporting employee training, and assisting with fleet administration. Additional duties may include delivery preparation, direct vehicle deliveries, and sales support based on business requirements.

Experience and Availability Requirements

Compensation and Employment Benefits
This is a part-time position based in Kelowna, British Columbia. Tesla lists expected compensation from $20.16 to $42.52 CAD per hour. The rate offered may depend on the candidate’s experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and work location.
