ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Deli Clerk at Costco, you’ll help produce deli and ready-to-serve items by preparing ingredients, operating deli equipment, packaging products for display, and completing routine cleaning. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where consistency, sanitation, and member service are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, package, and label deli products following Costco standards and department procedures.
- Assist with producing ready-to-serve items and handling ingredients safely.
- Operate deli equipment safely (as required) and follow all department safety guidelines.
- Stock and rotate deli products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Maintain sanitation standards, including cleaning work areas, equipment, and food-contact surfaces.
- Monitor temperatures and follow food safety and hygiene practices.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service when needed.
- Assist other warehouse departments as required.
