ABOUT THE JOB
As a Pharmacy Clerk Certified, you will assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations, including prescription intake, data entry, and over-the-counter product handling. The position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong customer service skills in a regulated healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist patients at the counter by receiving and processing prescriptions.
- Enter prescription information accurately into pharmacy systems.
- Handle register transactions, payments, and insurance documentation.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and rotate pharmacy products.
- Prepare invoices, process claims, and support billing procedures.
- Follow pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
