Supporting Reliable IT Infrastructure
The IT Systems Administrator helps maintain the technology environment required to support FedEx Supply Chain operations. This includes monitoring designated systems, performing routine administration and ensuring that hardware, operating systems, software and related procedures remain aligned with established company standards.

Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. The position also requires between two and four years of relevant professional experience in systems administration, infrastructure support or a closely related technology function.
The role requires someone who can follow technical policies and procedures, interpret information accurately and respond appropriately when system issues arise. Candidates should also be comfortable working with PC Windows environments and completing any mandatory or recurring training associated with the position.
