ABOUT THE JOB
The Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist position focuses on providing clinical expertise, client support, and pharmacy program guidance in both English and French. The successful candidate will work with clients, internal teams, and healthcare stakeholders to support clinical initiatives, improve program outcomes, and deliver professional pharmacy advice within a benefits and healthcare services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clinical pharmacy guidance and advisory support to clients and internal teams.
- Communicate professionally in English and French with stakeholders and healthcare partners.
- Support pharmacy program implementation, analysis, and ongoing service improvement.
- Review clinical information and help develop recommendations for pharmacy benefit programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client needs, reporting, and program performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with pharmacy standards.
- Contribute to presentations, training, and communication materials when required.
