Who We’re Looking For

This opportunity may suit an experienced AI engineer, research engineer or quantitative software developer with advanced academic training and strong production software development experience.

Education

Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance or equivalent relevant industry experience.

Industry Experience

At least five years of relevant industry experience demonstrating strong technical and engineering expertise.

Software Development

Extensive software development experience supporting quantitative investment workflows across equities, fixed income or multi-asset strategies.

Programming

Strong proficiency in contemporary programming languages such as Python, C++ or Java.

AI Engineering

Experience building and evaluating modern AI or machine learning systems, ideally including Generative AI and information retrieval technologies.
