Experience and Qualifications
Amazon is looking for a candidate with substantial experience working directly with engineering organizations. The official requirements include at least seven years of experience with engineering teams, five years in technical product or program management and three years of software development experience.
Candidates must also have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building repeatable processes and coordinating release schedules. Preferred experience includes managing scope, budgets, quality, schedules, critical paths and risks, as well as defining performance indicators and service-level measures for large business operations.

Compensation and Employment Information
Amazon has published an annual base salary range of CAD $128,100 to CAD $214,000 for this Vancouver-based position. Final compensation will depend on factors such as professional experience, qualifications and work location.
