Supporting Alexa’s Growth in Canada
The Alexa Canada team works within Amazon’s international organization to deliver products that meet the needs of customers across the country. This Senior Product Manager position focuses on expanding Alexa+ and ensuring Canadian users benefit from innovative experiences across devices including Echo and Fire TV.
Working from Toronto, the successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, marketing, business development and legal teams while helping define the future roadmap for Alexa in both English and French markets.
Key Areas of Responsibility
This role combines business strategy, product development and program delivery responsibilities across multiple teams and product initiatives.
Product Roadmap Development
Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the long-term vision for Alexa in Canada while identifying opportunities for growth and customer engagement.
Customer Experience Ownership
Lead the end-to-end Alexa customer experience across supported devices and continuously evaluate areas for improvement.
Market Analysis
Develop a strong understanding of Canadian market trends, customer expectations and competitive dynamics across English and French audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with engineering, program management, marketing and business teams to bring new products and features to market successfully.
Launch Management
Oversee launch activities including testing, approvals, leadership reviews and customer-facing release planning.
Strategic Planning
Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives while balancing customer needs, operational requirements and technical priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
Amazon has published an annual base salary range of CAD $115,800 to CAD $193,400 for this Toronto-based position. Additional compensation components may include restricted stock units and sign-on payments where applicable.
Eligible employees may receive access to health coverage, RRSP participation, deferred profit sharing plans, paid time off and other wellness resources. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and location.
