JPMorganChase is hiring a full-time Associate to join its Global Fund Services Valuation Services team in Toronto, Ontario. This position offers an annual base salary ranging from CA$70,000 to CA$110,000 and the opportunity to work within the company’s Commercial & Investment Bank.

About the Global Valuation Services Associate Role
As an Associate in Global Valuation Services, you will work with a diverse team responsible for delivering accurate securities valuation services through daily and monthly pricing activities. The position involves applying analytical judgment, maintaining a controlled production environment and working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve valuation-related issues.
The role also provides opportunities to improve business processes and systems through automation, procedural enhancements and scalable production solutions. Key Areas of Responsibility
The Associate will contribute to pricing controls, operational improvements and stakeholder support across Global Valuation Services. Principal responsibilities include the following:
Pricing Control Development
Support the ongoing development of pricing control processes, investigate escalated issues and help identify gaps requiring tactical or strategic solutions.
Process Improvement
Use industry experience to recommend and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency, strengthen controls and reduce financial or reputational risk.
Pricing Research
Conduct pricing research and respond professionally to inquiries from clients, vendors, auditors and internal or external business teams.
Management Reporting
Create clear updates and present relevant findings, risks, developments and process information to larger audiences, including senior management.
Team Development
Help maintain a positive and collaborative environment while cross-training new hires and current employees on tools, procedures and client-specific processes.
Flexible Business Coverage
Work flexible hours when required to support business operations, including occasional early starts or late finishes based on service demands.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline. JPMorganChase is seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in fixed income, fund valuation, pricing or another closely related financial services role.
Candidates should also have strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions and macros. Familiarity with corporate actions, index tracking, stock markets, fixed-income products and pricing vendors such as ICE, Pricing Direct, Bloomberg or Reuters will be valuable in this position.

Salary, Schedule and Work Environment
