ABOUT THE JOB
As a Loss Prevention Clerk at Costco in Laval, you will focus on preventing internal and external theft while supporting overall warehouse safety and security. You’ll observe activity on the sales floor and in key areas, document incidents, and prepare reports when required. The role may involve cooperating with local law enforcement and supporting investigations in line with company procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the warehouse and surrounding areas to help deter internal and external theft.
- Observe, document, and report potential safety and security issues.
- Conduct surveillance and gather information related to loss prevention incidents when required.
- Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations.
- Work closely with warehouse management and follow established loss prevention procedures.
- Support safety initiatives and help ensure compliance with company security standards.
- Cooperate with local law enforcement when necessary and follow proper escalation steps.
- Assist other warehouse areas when needed.
