ABOUT THE JOB
As a Baker at Costco, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods in large volumes to meet daily production needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production guidelines.
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers safely and efficiently.
- Shape, bake, cool, and package bakery products following quality and food safety standards.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with other bakery or warehouse tasks as needed.
