Key Responsibilities for the Stocker

Your daily duties will focus on patient care, clinical services, and ensuring accuracy in all pharmacy operations.

  • Stock and straighten merchandise according to Costco’s merchandising standards.
  • Create and maintain product displays, ensuring accuracy and safe presentation.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and shrink-wrap machines.
  • Write pull lists for forklift drivers and manage product flow from warehouse steel.
  • Clear debris, collect stray items, and maintain clean aisles at all times.
  • Monitor signage accuracy and generate item signs as needed.
  • Assist members with large items and direct them to products while delivering excellent service.

Minimum Qualifications for the Stocker

Candidates should meet the following basic qualifications to be considered for the role.

  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary.
