ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Deli Clerk, you will assist with the preparation and presentation of deli products, including meats, salads, trays, and ready-made meals. The position involves working with food preparation equipment, following recipes and procedures, and ensuring all products meet Costco’s food safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and assemble deli items such as salads, trays, pizzas, and ready-made foods.
- Operate food preparation equipment and follow approved recipes and procedures.
- Package, label, and stock deli products for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of deli work areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members.
