ABOUT THE JOB
The Pharmacy Program Team Lead role focuses on supporting daily pharmacy program activities, guiding team members, monitoring service standards, and helping ensure patients and healthcare partners receive accurate and timely support. This position works closely with internal teams, pharmacy staff, program managers, and healthcare professionals to maintain efficient and compliant program operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily operations for pharmacy and patient support programs.
- Guide team members and assist with workflow organization.
- Monitor service quality, case progress, and program performance.
- Help resolve escalations and support communication with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in program systems.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.
