ABOUT THE JOB
As an Optical Student, you will assist licensed optical staff with order processing, eyewear handling, and member support. The position involves working with optical products, processing transactions, and maintaining organized and accurate records while following safety and operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with eyewear orders and order pick-up.
- Process payments, handle transactions, and manage optical paperwork.
- Prepare and edge lenses, assemble frames, and handle optical supplies.
- Stock, organize, and maintain optical merchandise and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness of optical work areas and equipment.
- Follow department procedures, safety guidelines, and security policies.
- Support licensed optical staff and other warehouse operations as needed.
