ABOUT THE JOB
The Member Service Assistant position focuses on providing front-line support to Costco members while ensuring smooth warehouse operations. You will assist with membership verification, monitor entrances and exits, support safety procedures, and help deliver a positive experience for members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and verify membership cards at warehouse entrances.
- Assist members with basic questions and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Support membership services, including counting and verifying member receipts.
- Monitor warehouse access points and report irregular activities.
- Assist with crowd flow and safety procedures during peak hours.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for members and employees.
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Support special events or promotions as needed.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.
