As a Member Service Assistant, you will help manage membership access, verify receipts, monitor warehouse entry and exit points, and support overall safety and security operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify membership cards and manage member entry and exit points.
- Check receipts and ensure accuracy of purchased items.
- Monitor warehouse access and maintain security awareness.
- Assist with member counting and occupancy control.
- Report safety, security, or policy concerns to management.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to members.
- Support other warehouse operations as required.
