ABOUT THE JOB
As an Electronics Sales Assistant at Costco, you’ll help members in the electronics/majors department by providing product support, answering questions, and helping maintain an organized sales floor. You’ll assist with stocking, displays, and merchandise handling while following Costco procedures and delivering excellent member service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members in the electronics/majors area by answering questions and providing product support.
- Demonstrate merchandise and explain product features and basic specifications.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, faced, and clearly displayed.
- Handle merchandise safely, including moving products and assisting members with loading when needed.
- Support inventory tasks such as restocking, rotating, and monitoring product condition.
- Follow safety and security procedures for merchandise handling and department operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentable displays in the department.
- Assist other warehouse departments as required.
