Microsoft is hiring a Business Manager in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, for a full-time position supporting strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership priorities across the Canada Operating Unit.

About the Business Manager Position
The Business Manager will work closely with senior leaders to translate organizational priorities into practical plans, programs, and operational activities. Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Liberal Arts, or Computer Science, together with at least six years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations, strategy, project management, human resources, or a related business function. Microsoft may also consider equivalent professional experience.
Preferred candidates may hold a master’s degree with at least eight years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
