ABOUT THE JOB
As a Baker at Costco in Laval, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bakery products following established formulas and procedures. You will handle industrial-sized ingredients, operate commercial baking equipment, and help ensure that all products meet Costco’s high quality and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, mix, and bake bakery products according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
- Operate commercial bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough rollers, and proofing cabinets.
- Monitor baking times and product quality to ensure consistency and freshness.
- Package, label, and stock finished products following company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of ingredients and supplies.
- Support other warehouse departments when required.
