ABOUT THE JOB
As an Audiologist at Costco, you will be responsible for assessing hearing needs, dispensing hearing instruments, and supporting members throughout their hearing care journey. The role combines clinical expertise with customer-focused service, ensuring all procedures meet professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in Ontario.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess hearing for the purpose of dispensing hearing aids, including patient history, testing, and case analysis.
- Dispense hearing aids, including evaluations, recommendations, fitting, verification, validation, and follow-up care.
- Perform hearing aid repairs, adjustments, and modifications as needed.
- Adhere to all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on hearing-related products and services.
- Deliver a high level of member service consistent with Costco standards.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
