Supporting Warehouse Distribution Operations

Forklift Operators play an important role in moving products safely and accurately through FedEx Supply Chain facilities. The work includes transferring pallets between storage and fulfilment areas, supporting order picking and helping maintain reliable inventory records.

The role excludes Order Picker, Turret and Drexel equipment. Employees should also be comfortable working on equipment at extended heights and must follow all applicable safety procedures and operational standards while handling products and warehouse machinery.

Schedule, Pay and Physical Requirements

This is a full-time overnight position scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. Starting pay is $25.13 CAD per hour, increasing to $28.00 CAD per hour after the 90-day probationary period, plus a $0.75 per hour shift differential.

Employees must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, complete physical tasks through a full range of motion and lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The role also requires sufficient visual ability to safely perform essential warehouse functions.
