About This Outcome Customer Developer Role

The Outcome Customer Developer is responsible for managing and executing structured deployment plans that move customer workloads from agreement through production. The role requires close collaboration with customers, professional services teams, partners and internal Google Cloud stakeholders.

This position combines technical depth with commercial awareness. The successful candidate will help resolve infrastructure, application, data, AI, networking, migration or security blockers while also identifying opportunities to expand Google Cloud usage within customer accounts.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Qualifications, Travel and Compensation

Google requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least ten years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Candidates should also have experience with deployment planning, orchestration or change management, programming or debugging, systems design and engagement with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications include experience selling technical solutions across cloud modernization, data, AI, networking, migrations or security, familiarity with Google Cloud products and competitive differentiation, and experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.

The position may require travel of up to 30% as needed. Google lists a Canadian base salary range of $194,000 to $198,000 CAD per year, plus a 42.86% target bonus, equity and benefits.
